This is a picture of Doctor John Urbas. John practiced in Westville from 1946 to 1993. John (W9IUH) was also one of Westville's earliest Amateur Radio operators. 
I'm sorry to say Doctor John Urbas passed away on September 28th, 2003. We will miss him....
